DMCA
Blob-Opera.com is committed to upholding the intellectual property rights of others and requires its users to honor these rights. This policy outlines our procedure for handling copyright infringement claims in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a Copyright Infringement Notification (DMCA Notice)
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and you believe that content hosted on Blob-Opera.com infringes your copyrighted work, you must send a formal notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your written notice must substantially include the following elements, as detailed in 17 U.S.C § 512(c)(3):
- A valid physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL(s) where the material is found).
- Sufficient contact information for the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receiving a DMCA notice that substantially complies with these requirements, Blob-Opera.com will act swiftly to remove or disable access to the challenged material.

Counter-Notification Process
If you are a user of Blob-Opera.com and believe that material you posted was removed or access was disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our Copyright Agent and must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Blob-Opera.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may forward a copy to the original complaining party, informing them that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling access to it within ten (10) business days. Unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a restraining order against the user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, between 10 to 14 business days (or more) after the counter-notice is received, at our sole discretion.
Policy for Repeat Infringers
Blob-Opera.com reserves the right to terminate, under appropriate circumstances, the account privileges of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
